Relocation of healthcare services from Leafield Clinic

We are holding some public events where there will be the opportunity for you to speak to staff about our plans to move community health services from Leafield Clinic during June 2012.

We would like your feedback on how we can make the move as easy as possible for you and what we need to take into account as we prepare to move.

The public events will take place on:

• Tuesday 29 May, 9am - 12pm, Leafield Clinic
• Wednesday 30 May, 4 - 6pm, Leafield Clinic
• Thursday 14 June, 2 - 3pm and 3 - 4pm, Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Centre, 311 Stonegate Road, Leeds LS17 6AZ
